You take part in this Area-Based Coordination forum. This questionnaire asks you how the forum works, how it is led, and what you and the other participants brought to it.

Your answers stay anonymous. Nothing you write identifies you, and the Chair and Co-Chair never see who said what. Answers from all participants are read together, never one by one.
